Location really close to Lumpini Park, convenience stores and BTS SKYTRAIN Bangkok's. Brand-new and functional room, with an electric kettle and a kitchen area.

Unbeatable central location so close to the public areas and Thailand since birth and Close to local Thai shops. Spent our evenings in nearby Arno's Suanplu, especially when it was wet outside. There were a balcony, WiFi, and coffee in the room, truly enjoyed that. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom here was spacious.

The place is a bit hidden behind a crowdy street. Good accomodation and clean. Staff was polite. In front of the reception you can book your taxi or tours. Breakfast was good. In the crowdy street there are a lot of shops, many hairdressers, grocery stores, eating stalls, a food market. I took a haircut for just 70 baht. Free tuk tuk service to mtr and Skytrain until 18.00 pm. But this is only one way. Free internet for 4 hours.
We took a city tour but arriving at the grand palace they told me it was closed at that time, while it should have been the highlight of this tour. The drain in the shower was not working good.

The staff is friendly. The room is pretty good with a reasonable price. They provide free tuk-tuk to the MRT & BTS station. The room service is also wonderful.
It would be a bit hard to find the hotel without a map.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Superior Double or Twin Room. The breakfast buffet blew me away with its variety, and the room was super clean and super comfy. Plus, the hospitality was beyond amazing! I'd easily recommend this place for long stays 🥞

plenty vendors nearby to eat which is what my wife looks for in a hotel location, the shower had limitless hot water, sometimes when the shower runs off the mains the water is only luke warm
the view from the balcony of the local dwellings didnt want me to stand out there too long, however that is not the current owners fault but the people that decided to put it there

for less than 1000bht this hotel provides very good value - reasonably good location makes this a good choise, and we have used this place on several previous occasions when a trip to the city was required.
being asked for a deposit as well as payment in advance is insulting but not uncommon in this part of the world. When wifi is available dont try to chisel out a few more baht by charging for it!! make it part of the facitities provided to attract guests - this is sound business sense and in line with other budget hotels - wake up! The rooms though clean are starting to show wear now ( I have used the place frequently over the past few years) splits on the sofa seams, hand prints on the walls etc..- when the place was last refurbished it was to a reasonable standard but not with the best available fittings and fixtures which will prove to be false economy in the long run, especially when a regular maintainance and decoration schedule is an alien concept in the far east - hotels are in decline from the day they open until somewhere down the line a complete overhall is the only answer.

More pros than cons, but still.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of fresh options, the best hotel food I've had in ages! The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby essentials.
The air conditioning was outdated and didn't work well. The Wi-Fi was spotty, and I struggled to stay connected.

location could be better it’s about 15 min walk from skytrain and metro. Although the hotel provides free tuk tuk to get there in time every hour

Staff very friendly and helpfull. Perfect location for my purpose: business and leisure. Very competitive rates. Actually changed hotels half way through my stay in Bangkok to stay at this hotel!. Adrquate facilities for the price. But just the perfect location just off Sathorn Soi 3. Thank you to all the friendly and helpfull staff!
Some of the towels in the bathroom were very worn - almost rags ...! Easy to rectify though!
